The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 10th day of September 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah.  
If you are recognized by the Chairperson to be heard during any Town of Rockville public meeting, we ask that you come to the podium to speak to enable an accurate recording of your remarks.
The agenda will be as follows:
1.	Call to order - roll call.
2.	Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item.
3.	Public Comment
	If you wish to speak during Public Comment, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m.  If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed.
4.	Consideration and possible approval of an application for a Temporary Use/Special Event Permit for the Grand Circle TrailFest sponsored by Vacation Races - 
5.	Consideration and possible approval of an application for a Commercial Film Production Permit for filming at Grafton - Kenny McCormick
6.	Consideration and possible approval of a fence installed at the Jennings residence located at 210 E. Main St. - Trish Jennings 
7.	Approval of the minutes for the August 13, 2019 public hearing and regular meeting.

8.	Town Office Report - No activity to report
9.	Planning Commission Administrative Business
a.	Public Forum to Reveal Survey Results will be held Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.
b.	Next Planning Commission meeting will be October 8, 2019
