Notice is hereby given that the Wasatch County School District Board of Education will convene on August 20, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at the Wasatch Education Center, 101 E 200 N, Heber, UT, 84032 for a special meeting for the consideration of, among other things, a bond resolution;  

RESOLUTION
A resolution providing for a special bond election to be held on November 5, 2019, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of the Wasatch County School District, Utah, a proposition regarding the issuance of not to exceed $150,000,000 general obligation bonds to finance all or a portion of the costs to acquire land and construct school facilities; including acquiring constructing and furnishing a new high school and replacing the existing Midway Elementary school facilities; and related improvements; providing for the publication of a notice of public hearing; approving the form of and directing the publication of a notice of elections and the ballot proposition; and related matters.


An executive session will follow the board meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, collective bargaining and or matters of litigation. 

Section 52-4-5 of the Open Meetings Act identifies the topics that may be discussed in a closed meeting.
