The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Consent Item Request for approval of minutes from the April 1, 2019 meeting B. Agenda Items 1. New Audit Committee member to replace Steffani Ebert Presenter: Ricky Hatch 2. Internal Audit reports and work papers open for public access Presenters: Chris Crockett, Roger Larsen, Scott Parke 3. Completed reviews: Health Department, OECC Event Contracts, Pay for Stay, Sheriff Requests, Sheriff watercraft and other restricted funds. 4.
