NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED INCREASE IN RATES AND MODIFICATION OF RATE STRUCTURE OF HEBER LIGHT & POWER COMPANY
Notice is hereby given that Heber Light & Power Company and its Board of Directors will hold a public hearing to explain the reasons for a proposed rate increase and rate structure modification and to hear public comment on the proposal. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. at the Wasatch School District Boardroom, 101 East 200 North, Heber City, Utah.
A summary of the proposed rate increase/modification is available: (1) at Heber Light & Power Company, 31 South 100 West, Heber City, Utah, (2) on the Utah Public Meeting Notice website, www.pmn.utah.gov, and (3) on Heber Light & Power Company's website, www.heberpower.com.
The Board, after due consideration of input from the public and all relevant information, may: (1) adopt the rate increase and rate structure modification, (2) adjust the rate increase or rate structure modification and then adopt the adjustments, or (3) decline to adopt the rate increase and rate structure modification.
