Description/Agenda: | Commission Members Present: Lynn Ingram, Kevin Stanley, Dennis Gardner Commission Member Absent: Ed Newton City Council Member Present: Frank Riding Others Present: Secretary Sara Samuelson, Janae Bell, Jefferson Bell Commissioner Lynn Ingram called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Minutes: Commissioner Stanley made a motion to approve the minutes of February 6, 2019, as written. Commissioner Gardner seconded the motion. The vote to approve the minutes of February 6, 2019, as written, was unanimous. Jeff and Janae Bell - Accessory Building Permit Jeff and Janae Bell made application for an accessory building permit for a Cleary shed to be built on their lot. The plans have been approved by the Mona City Building Inspector, and all paperwork is complete. Commissioner Gardner made a motion to forward the Bell Accessory Building Permit application to the City Council with a positive recommendation. Commissioner Stanley seconded the motion. The vote of the Commission was unanimous in favor of a positive recommendation. Priority Homes - Building Permit Priority Homes made application for a building permit for Devin and Jordyn Crouch for a home located on Lot 2 of the Nebo Vale Subdivision, 145 S 300 W. The plans have been approved by the Mona City Building Inspector, and all paperwork is complete. Their water is supplied by a culinary credit and 1/4 share of Mona City irrigation. Commissioner Stanley made a motion to forward the Priority Homes Building Permit application to the City Council with a positive recommendation. Commissioner Gardner seconded the motion. The vote of the Commission was unanimous in favor of a positive recommendation. Kayla and Josiah Paongo - Building Permit Kayla and Josiah Paongo made application for a building permit for a home located on lot 1 of the Stanley Family Subdivision, at approximately 700 S 200 W. The plans have been approved by the Mona City Building Inspector, and all paperwork is complete, with the exception of a deed. The water has been previously dedicated to the lot in the subdivision process. Commissioner Gardner made a motion to forward the Paongo Building Permit application to the City Council with a positive recommendation. Commissioner Ingram seconded the motion. The vote of the Commission was unanimous in favor of a positive recommendation. Adjournment Commissioner Gardner made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 pm. Commissioner Stanley seconded the motion. The vote to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 pm was unanimous. |
