Toquerville Blvd. Toquerville, Utah 84774 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING THE TOQUERVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING DURING THE REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING ON FEBRUARY 20, 2019, COMMENCING AT 7:00 P.M. PUBLIC INPUT IS SOUGHT ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: Item 1: Zone Change Application submitted by Matt Wathen located between Anderson Junction Road and I-15, Property Tax ID # T-3-0-22-233. Parcel is approximately 7 acres. Property is zoned R-1-20. Proposed zoning is M-1 Light Industrial. Item 2: Zone Change Application submitted by Wall Family Rentals located at the west end of Old Church Road, Property Tax ID # T-91-A-1-A-2. Parcel is approximately 23.86 acres. Current zoning is R-1-20. Proposed zoning is R-1-12. Item 3: Preliminary Plat Application submitted by Wall Family Rentals for the development of a 15 lot subdivision, 'Park View at Desert Mountain' located at the west end of Old Church Road, Property Tax ID # T-91-A-1-A-1 and T-91-A-1-A-2. Parcel is approximately 9.86 acres. Current zoning is R-1-20. Copies of these proposals are available at the City Office located at 212 N. Toquerville Boulevard Toquerville, UT 84774. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Dana McKim at the City Office 635-1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Notice will be sent at least 10 days prior to the meeting to the Spectrum newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, and in five places within the city limits of Toquerville: (1.)
