Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a Planning Commission meeting in the City Council Chambers, 175 East 200 North, St George, Utah, on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, commencing at 5:00 p.m.

1.	ZONE CHANGE AMENDMENTS (ZCA) (Public Hearing)

Consider a zone change amendment to the Sunbrook PD-R (Planned Development Residential) zone to decrease the overall park space by 0.04% to allow for one new single family lot in the Dolce Vista at Sunbrook Phase 1 subdivision. The representative is Brandon Anderson. Case No. 2018-ZCA-043 (Staff - Carol Davidson)

2.	ZONE CHANGE (ZC) (Public Hearing)
