Description/Agenda:
                Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider public input regarding the adoption of the proposed: (a) Water Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and Analysis prepared and certified by Horrocks Engineers; and (b) Parks and Recreation Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and Analysis prepared and certified by Horrocks Engineers. The hearing will be conducted during the regular City Council meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday October 17, 2018 in the City Council Chambers located at 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. Following the public hearing, the City Council will vote on whether to approve the items. 

The Impact Fee Facilities Plans, an executive summary of the Impact Fee Facilities Plans, Impact Fee Analysis, and a draft of the proposed enactment/ordinances are available at the Payson City offices located at 439 West Utah Avenue, the Payson City public library located at 66 South Main Street, the Payson City website at www.paysonutah.org, and upon request. This notice is being given in satisfaction of requirements of Utah Code §§ 11-36a-504 and 10-9a-205. 

            
Notice of Special Accommodations: In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Payson City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Requests for assistance can be made by calling 465-5205 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
