A.	CALL TO ORDER:
1.	Call to Order- Mayor Lynn Chamberlain; Pledge of Allegiance-Councilmember Paul Heideman; Invocation-Councilmember Alex Chamberlain.
2.	Disclosures and Declarations of Conflict from Council Members.
3.	Requests for Statements of Belief.

B.  CLOSED SESSION: 
Pursuant to Utah State Code 52-4-205 Closed Meetings.  The council may discuss the following items:
Discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; strategy sessions to discuss collective bargaining; strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property; strategy sessions to discuss the sale of real property.

C.  ADJOURN:
