                 NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing on August 15th, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, to consider the following items: 

1. Jeffrey Butterworth, representative for Storied Deer Valley LLC., is requesting preliminary approval for Tuhaye Lone Peak which is a large scale development consisting of 31 lots. The proposal is located at 10105 N. Tuhaye Park Drive in Section 28, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, in the JBOZ (Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone).

2. Jeffrey Butterworth, representative for Storied Deer Valley LLC., is requesting a plat vacate for Moondance. The proposal is to vacate the plat and subsequently adopt the amended plat removing 9 lots. The project is located in Sections 27 and 28, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, in the JBOZ (Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone). 

 3. Jeffrey Butterworth, representative for Storied Deer Valley LLC., is requesting a plat amendment to the Moondance Plat to remove 9 total lots and create 3.39 acres of common area for a park in the center area of the plat. The property is located in Sections 27 and 28 of Township 2 South, Range 5 East in the JBOZ (Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone). 

4. Summit Engineering, representative for Jay and Ellen Eckersley, is requesting a plat amendment to the Farms at Tate Lane Subdivision amending the boundary line between lots 7 and 8. The properties are located at 1441 and 1475 South Tate Court in Section 10 of Township 4 South, Range 4 East in the RA-1 (Residential Agricultural 1-Acre) Zone. 

5. Matthew Idema, representative for Clayton Properties Group II, LLC., is requesting a plat amendment to Jordanelle Ridge Plat A 4th Amended. The proposal is to remove a plat note for lots A-73 through A-83. The current note states that they are cottage lots that are HOA maintained and that no fences are allowed. The applicant is requesting that the note be removed so that the homes are maintained by the property owner and that fences can be allowed. The plat amendment is also proposed to include a reduction of a PUE between lots 73 and 74 from the current PUE of 20' to 15'.

*County Council Public Hearings will be held at 6:00 p.m. on the date specified, in the County Council Chambers located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City.
