NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY JSPA (Jordanelle Specially Planned Area) PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing on August 9, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, to consider the following items:

1.	Discussion and possible action on a request from Kurt Krieg, on behalf of BLX Mayflower, LLC, for master plan, density determination and constraints analysis for the Mayflower Mountain Resort project.  The proposal consists of a potential density on the Mining Influence Zone of up to 710 ERUs, along with the existing JSPA target density of 1,024 ERU's within the +/- 940 acres for a proposed total density of 1,970 ERU's.  The Mayflower Mountain Resort project is located on the west side of Mayflower Mine Road, south west of the U.S. Highway 40/Deer Hollow Road (State Route 319 - Exit 8) interchange and more specifically in Section 25 of Township 2 South, Range 4 East in the JSPA (Jordanelle Specially Planned Area).  *If forwarded, the recommendation by the JSPA Planning Commission on this item will be considered by the County Council as the Land Use Authority, at a Public Hearing on August 15, 2018.

2.	Jack Johnson Consulting, representative for SkyRidge Development LLC., is requesting preliminary approval for the property formerly referred to as 'Mayflower Lakeside North' and now referred to as the 'SkyRidge' development.  The proposal consists of 503 ERUs on 678 acres and is located on the east side of Highway 40 between the north arm of the Jordanelle and Highway 40.  The proposal is more specifically located in Section 13 of Township 2 South, Range 5 East in the JSPA (Jordanelle Specially Planned Area).   *If forwarded, the recommendation by the JSPA Planning Commission on this item will be considered by the County Council as the Land Use Authority, at a Public Hearing on August 15, 2018.
