OPEN PUBLIC HEARING, to allow public input on the following items: 

a.	Re-Opening CHAPTER 21, Resort Zone (RZ), which was originally designated for Zion River Resort.

b.	An Ordinance amending (VULU) Chapters sixteen, seventeen, twenty-four, and the various sub sections found within, which require updating to meet the changing needs of the Town and to accommodate the Towns desire to have the opportunity for affordable housing within Town boundaries.

5.		Motion to CLOSE the Public Hearing and OPEN the Public Meeting.
