Council

1.	Discussion on Conflict of Interest.

2.	Discussion/Consideration of a possible ordinance regarding modular housing.

3.	Discussion/Consideration on Ordinance 18-02 Amending Title 16 of the Wasatch County Code to allow caretaker and accessory residential units in applicable zoning districts, deleting guest accessory dwellings and allowing and regulation accessory residential units and caretaker units.  This item was continued from the February 21st Council agenda for written comment to be made to planning staff.

4.	Discussion by Matthew Idema regarding the rock wall and other issues behind lot 77 in Jordanelle Ridge plat A.  At a previous council meeting concerns were brought up about drainage, safety and aesthetics.  The discussion was continued in order for the engineering department to review the improvements and address the issues.  We now have a sign off from the engineering department regarding the issues.
