1.	Public Training Opportunity for members of the City Council, the Planning Commission, the Board of Adjustment, and members of the public interest.  Michael Hansen from Rural Community Consultants will be holding an Open and Public Meetings Training Seminar.

C. HO/CUP REVIEW & POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION:
1.	Conditional Use Permit for a Bed and Breakfast - 'Zion's Nest' located at 137 North Toquerville Boulevard for a Todd and Tami Young.
2.	Conditional Use Permit for a Bed and Breakfast - 'Almost Inn Zion' located at 770 S Toquerville Boulevard for Paul and Carylee Heideman.
3.	Home Occupation Permit for a Home Office - 'Catamount Heights' located at 880 South Peachtree Drive for James and Ruby Stone
