The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 10th day of October, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah.  

Planning Commissioner Bob Ford will be attending by phone.

If you are recognized by the Chairperson to be heard during any Town of Rockville public meeting, we ask that you come to the podium to speak to enable an accurate recording of your remarks.

The agenda will be as follows:

1.	Call to order - roll call.
2.	Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item.
3.	Discussion and action on a Building Permit Application for a home remodel at 210 E. Main Street by Patrick and Patricia Jennings.
4.	Discussion and action on a Temporary Use/Special Event Permit for November 3-12, 2017 at 1750 W 250 S (Grafton Road) by Roger Fuller.
5.	Discussion and action on an Application for a Business Sign to display vinyl banners during Thanksgiving week by Z-Arts for the Arts & Crafts Fair.
6.	Presentation of a Concept Plan for Commission comments on a property located at 760 East 230 South River Road and identified as Tax ID R-152-A-D - Eric Brantley
7.	Approval of the minutes of the August 8, 2017 regular meeting.
8.	Approval of the minutes of the September 18, 2017 work meeting.
9.	Planning Commission Administrative Business.
10.	Adjourn.
