3.	Millstream Properties requests Small Subdivision Approval and Commercial Development Approval  of the Heber Crossroads Phase 1 - Blue Rooster Restaurant located at 1358 South Highway 40

4.	Discussion on exterior building materials for JDD Holdings, LLC Dan Ivie office building, Gateway Plaza, located at 376 East Gateway Drive

5.	T-Mobile requests approval of signs for Titan Mobile, LLC located at 1100 South Main Street

6.	Request for approval of the Sawmill Master Plan, located between 1200 South, 2400 South, Highway 40, and Mill Road.
