Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday May 17, 2017 to receive input on a request by Dakota Hawks with Technology Associates for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to install and maintain a roof mounted antenna (small cellular tower) on Utah County Parcel 49-483-0001 located at 1052 South Turf Farm Road. The project will consist of a single rooftop antenna and a single ground-mounted equipment cabinet on the Walmart site.
