Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday May 3, 2017 to receive input on a request by Chris Hermansen to amend the Conditional Use Permit for the Orchard View Assisted Living & Memory Care Center (formerly the Heritage Village Assisted Living Center) proposed to be constructed on Utah County Parcel 41-712-0099 located at 1173 S Turf Farm Road. It is proposed that the City Council increase the number of beds in the facility from 65 to 90 to accommodate dual occupancy rooms.
