HEARINGS:
Nate Carlisle, Salt Lake Tribune vs. Utah County Sheriff's Office: The Petitioner is appealing partial access denial to records pertaining to a Utah County Sheriff's Deputy.

Lori Williams vs. Pleasant Grove City: Ms. Williams is appealing access denial to Pleasant Grove Strawberry Days Committee ledgers, financial and accounting records, expenses, sponsorships, donations, contributions, sales and income for 2014-2016.

Eric Peterson vs. Utah Department of Health: The Petitioner is appealing access denial to 'information on prescription drug overdoses, specifically the 'Report on Prescriptions Found With Body' form, excluding the name of the deceased individual.'

David Larsen vs. Heber City Police Department: The Petitioner is appealing access denial to an Officer's personnel file containing disciplinary actions. 

WITHDRAWN/POSTPONED HEARINGS:
Jack Brown vs. Washington County Attorney's Office: Mr. Brown is appealing a fee waiver denial to receive records in paper form versus in CD format. (Telephonic). Postponed.

Reginald Williams vs. Utah Department of Corrections: The Petitioner is appealing partial denial of conflict of interest memorandums for government employees staffed at the UDC. (Telephonic). Appeal withdrawn.

Schatz, Anderson & Associates vs. Washington County Sheriff's Office: Schatz, Anderson & Associates are appealing access denial to multiple records (disciplinary actions, policies, training certificates).  (Telephonic). Appeal withdrawn.

Michael Christiansen, attorney for estate of Tyler Christianson vs. Roy City Police Department: The Petitioner is appealing access denial to 'Police reports and accident reports, including audio and video recordings, dash cam video, etc., and witness statements...' Postponed.

Scott Gollaher vs. Morgan County Attorney's Office: The Petitioner is appealing the partial and incomplete response to his GRAMA request. (Telephonic). Appeal withdrawn.
