Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue in Payson, Utah. Some Commissioners may participate by Electronic Device. The meeting will be conducted as follows:

6.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Request for preliminary and final approval of the Draper Subdivision arranged on Utah County Parcels 08-166-0015 and 08-166-0016 located at approximately 700 North and 450 East in Payson. The subdivision consists of three (3) lots located in R-1-75, Residential Zone.
6.2 PUBLIC HEARING - Proposed amendment to the Payson City Zoning Map that will affect multiple parcels in the Payson Business Park, generally located west of Interstate 15 between Utah Avenue and 800 South. It is proposed that the zone be changed to the BPD, Business Park Development Zone.
