Notice is hereby given that Twin Creeks Special Service District (the 'District') intends to adopt a Sewer Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Sewer Impact Fee Analysis and Rate Study, and Irrigation Fee Schedule for the provision of public sewer and secondary water facilities of the District. The Board of Trustees of the District will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, 25 North Main, Heber, and Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input and consider approval and adoption of the Impact Fee Enactment Ordinance, Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis, and Irrigation Fee Schedule. The District will also hold the public hearing in order to receive input and consider approval and adoption of a Sewer Rate Study and Irrigation Fee Schedule.  The rate study will consider potential  sewer rates for the next six years.  All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written comments are welcome.
Copies of the Impact Fee Enactment Ordinance, Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis and Rate Study are available for public review at the District's office or on the website at Jssd.us. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the District will make reasonable accommodations to participants in the hearing.
