	4.1 	Discussions and consideration of Resolution ? 09.16 “A resolution of the City Council (the “City Council”) of Herriman City, Utah  (The “City”), designation a voluntary assessment area for the purpose of levying assessments against properties within the voluntary assessment area to finance the construction and installation of new roads, culinary and secondary water improvements, sewer and storm drainage improvements, parks and trails improvement and related improvements, and to complete said improvements in a proper and workmanlike manner; and related matters”.	
	4.2 	Discussions and consideration of Resolution ? 09.24 “A resolution approving the adoption of a cooperative agreement by public agencies to create a new entity, to consolidate law enforcement services, and provide rules of governance among Salt Lake County, City of Holladay, Riverton City, City of Bluffdale and Herriman City”

	5.1	Discussions and consideration of Resolution ? 09.27 “A resolution for endorsement of regional growth principles for transportation and land use for Salt Lake County with minor amendments”.
	General Plan: 
	5.2	Discussions and consideration of Ordinance ? 09-24 “An ordinance of the Herriman City Council adopting a new commercial designation on the general plan map for property located approximately at 7280 West U111 Highway” or 01G09 - General Plan Amendment to a commercial designation. Public Hearing was held on 7-16-09.

	5.3	Discussions and consideration of Ordinance ? 09-22 “An ordinance amending the health and safety ordinance - 13Z07 - Landscape Ordinance Text Change; 9.62.030”.
