Proposals are as follows:
UTA is proposing several service changes dependent upon operational feasibility and financial limitations. The changes are designed to improve bus routes in the local-Utah County area. A large scale change on the BYU Campus will require some modification to bus routes operating on or near the Campus area. Also, some other local concerns, timing and routing adjustments need to be made for a more efficient operating local bus system in Utah County. Public Hearings will be held to discuss the following proposals:

•	Route 809 and Route 806, will be combined to increase total number of train connections for both routes. Also, this action will discontinue service on Pioneer Crossing, but extend service to Thanksgiving Point and Lehi Station.
•	Route 811 alignment changes to extend service to Thanksgiving Point, 500 East in American Fork and to the UTA Transit Center by University Mall.
•	Alignment changes for Routes 822, 830, 831, and 832 due to BYU Campus modifications.
•	Route 833 alignment changes and route shortened due to low ridership. Some early and/or late trips to be discontinued because of low ridership. Also, this will discontinue service on Geneva Road north of 1520 North Geneva Road.
•	Route 836 alignment changes due to help increase service coverage for West Provo. Some early and/or late trips to be discontinued because of low ridership.
•	Orem Route 842 will have some early and/or late trips to be discontinued because of low ridership.
•	Route 821 alignment changes to serve the East Bay area and more of South East Provo.
•	Route 850 alignment changed to serve Lehi only along State Street and extend service to Lehi Commuter Rail Station and Thanksgiving Point. No Route 850 service to American Fork commuter rail station.
•	Route F868 realignment or cancellation due to low ridership.

Additional information items:

•	A BYU Football Game day detour to some local bus service to add service between Orem and Provo Commuter Rail Stations to LaVell Edwards Stadium during Saturday home games.

•	Route 811 - change the north terminus from Sandy TRAX to new 11800 South TRAX Station.

•	Routes 806 and 807 - a limited extension of service will be added to facilitate UVU and UCAS students who live in Northern Utah County providing a way to the UVU campus.

Informational items:

Relevant information about the proposed changes will be available at the Public Hearings or may be reviewed at the UTA Orem office, 1110 South Geneva Road, until 5 June 2013. Comments must be postmarked or received by UTA no later than 5:00 p.m. 5 June 2013 to be part of the Public Hearing record.
