- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that the Blanding City Council will hold public hearings on June 23rd at 6:45pm at Blanding City Hall, 50 W 100 S, Blanding, Utah. The first public hearing will receive public comment regarding proposed compensation increases and/or compensation schedules for executive municipal officers pursuant to Utah Code ยง 10-3-818. The second public hearing will receive public comment regarding proposed amendments to the Fiscal Year 2026 budget, adoption of the Fiscal Year 2027 final budget, adoption of the certified property tax rate, and adoption or amendment of the City's consolidated fee schedule. Copies of the proposed budget, proposed budget amendments, compensation information, certified tax rate information, and proposed fee schedule are available for public inspection at Blanding City Hall and on the City's website. Interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment.
