- October 6, 2025 NIBLEY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Ordinance: Ordinance 25-31: Amending NCC 11.02.020 and 11.02.040 Parking Regulations for Non-motorized Equipment, Unregistered and Inoperable Vehicles Ordinance 25-32: An Ordinance Providing for the Compensation of and Department Heads of Nibley City When: October 16, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley, Utah A full report will be posted on the Nibley City website by October 14, 2025, as part of the City Council's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website. Applicants or interested parties should submit written or emailed comments no later than 5:00 PM MDT on the Wednesday prior to the meeting to allow the Council adequate time for review and consideration. Comments should be submitted either by mail to Nibley City or email to cherylb@nibleycity.gov.If applicants or interested parties would like to comment after this time, please submit your comments during the public hearing at the meeting.
