Re-nomination, to Governor Cox, of Iron County Commissioner Paul Cozzens to serve on the Utah Small Cities Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) State Policy Committee. Community Development Block Grant First Public Hearing for the Five County Association of Governments' Application. (Cody Christensen) [CHAIR CALLS OPEN THE HEARING; MR. CHRISTENSEN PROVIDES INFORMATION, COMMENTS ARE RECEIVED, IF ANY; CHAIR CLOSES THE HEARING] (5-7 minutes) 6. Review of, and Determination of Level of Support on, the FY2025 2nd Trimester CIB applications. (Gary Zabriskie, FCAOG Director of Community & Economic Development) [REQUIRES A MOTION & VOTE] (4-5 minutes) 7. Discuss and Consider Approval of Letter of Support for Creation of a Southern Utah University Engineering Department (Bryan Thiriot, FCAOG Executive Director) [REQUIRES A MOTION & VOTE](4-5 minutes) 8.
