- SUMMARY OF KEARNS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-06-02 On JUNE 10, 2024, the Kearns City Council enacted Ordinance No. 2024-06-02, amending Section 19.38.030 of the Kearns zoning ordinance to allow for recreational facilities and accessory offices in the PF and PI Zones in order to reduce non-conforming uses in the community and to further the implementation of the Kearns General Plan.
