- WALLSBURG TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025 PROPOSED BUDGET June 6, 2024 - 7 pm 1. Call to Order Expected 7:00 pm a. Roll Call 2. Agenda Item: The purpose of the meeting is to hear public comment and answer questions regarding the Wallsburg Town Fiscal Year 2025 Proposed Budget. All interested persons may attend. 3. Adjourn Time: WALLSBURG TOWN COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA June 6, 2024 - Directly Following Public Hearing 4. Call to Order Expected 7:00 pm a. Pledge of Allegiance b. Prayer/Inspirational Thought c. Roll Call 5. Consent Calendar: Be it hereby moved that the following consent calendar items stand approved: a. Agenda of the June 6, 2024 Town Council Meeting b. Minutes of the May 2, 2024 Town Council Meeting 6. Approve Budget a. May Budget and check register b. May Budget and check register questions 7. Public Comment (5 minutes): This is the public's opportunity to comment on items that are NOT on the agenda. Please come up to the table, state your name and address before making a comment, and speak loudly to assure comments are recorded properly. If you have specific questions or comments regarding items that ARE on the agenda, please contact the Wallsburg Town Council or Clerk after the meeting has adjourned. 8. Agenda Items: a. Main Canyon Road Project, Park Trail Grant Projects Updates - Information and Discussion Only i. Troy Ostler will discuss status of Main Canyon Road Phase II and Park Trail Grant projects. b. Annexation Inquiry - Information and Discussion Only i. David and Neill Mariott will approach the Wallsburg Town Council to determine if they would entertain an annexation proposal. c. Water System Improvement Project Update- Information and Discussion Only i. Discuss status of Water System improvement project. d. Fiber Internet Grant Project Update - Information and Discussion Only i. Discuss status of grant project for Fiber Internet project. 9. Department Reports a.
