C. Discussion and Possible Action: Adoption of Ordinance No. 2025-02 Consider adopting an ordinance amending and restating the pressurized irrigation water rates. The Council will deliberate on two proposed options:
- Implement a flat base rate of $25 effective April 1, 2025, with tiered rates to take effect starting April 1, 2026.
- Implement a base rate of $25 and tiered rates simultaneously, both effective April 1, 2025.
