- Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing Thursday January 9, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 1307 N. Commerce Dr., Suite 200, Saratoga Springs UT 84045, on the following: 1. Amendments to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, Chapter 19.20 Internal Accessory Dwelling Unit (IADU). Applicant is proposing to amend the City's IADU Map in order to change Sierra Estates Subdivision Plat E from IADU Prohibited to IADU Approved. This will allow property owners within the proposed plat to register for one IADU per lot. Chuck Hale as applicant. Comments & questions may be directed to the Planning Dept. 801-766-9793. Comments may also be submitted to comments@saratogasprings-ut.gov. Copies of the proposed Land Use applications are available for public inspection online at www.saratogasprings-ut.gov/pendingapps.
