Description/Agenda: Agenda for Amalga Planning and Zoning November 6, 2024 7:00 PM 6590 N 2400 W Amalga, Utah 1. Minutes of previous meeting. 2. Sid Munk-Discussion with possible solution to zoning issue at the Munk dairy. 3. Discussion with Daniel Jensen with Sunrise Engineering on SB 174. This has to do with Local Land Use and Development Revisions. This was required by the State. Some of our code was not in compliance with the State. Daniel will go over this with us, and explain what he did. This was provided by the State at no cost to the town. 4. Review of code violations, and next steps. 5. P&Z Chairman, and vacancy discussion
