PUBLIC HEARING CALLED TO ORDER: PRESENT: GUESTS: EXCUSED: NEW BUSINESS: The Pinnacle is presenting their project concept to the public/town of Manila to hear comments or concerns regarding the development of the previously known Vacation Inn (265 W HWY 43). -Public comments may be shared in under 3 minutes and guests must sign in on the sign in sheet. PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration of recommending to the Manila Town Council accepting parcel TM-33 into the Residential Multi-Family Overlay per Article 15 of the Manila Land Use Planning and Zoning Regulations. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Manila Town Council for the Pinnacles Development Preliminary Development Plan proposed for Parcel TM-33. ADJOURNMENT:
