Description/Agenda: Agenda for Amalga Planning and Zoning August 7, 2024 7:00 PM 6590 N 2400 W Amalga, Utah Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the AMALGA PLANNING AND ZONING shall conduct a public hearing as part of its scheduled meeting Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at the City Office at 6590 N 2400 W in Amalga. The hearing shall begin at 7:00 PM. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval an amendment to the Town Code regarding the distance of an animal enclosure from a personal residence in the Agricultural Zone. Planning and Zoning Meeting 1. Minutes of July 3, 2024. 2. Zoning Clearance Application for a home at approximately 3170 W 5400 N from Stuart Denny. 3. Petition for Zone Change or Code Amendment from David Wood. 4. Mailing of letters to possible violators of Amalga Code. 5. Review of letter from Town Attorney Seth Tait.
