Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the North Davis Sewer District will be in a regularly scheduled board meeting on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the District Office Board Room, located at 4252 West 2200 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075.
1. Declaration of conflicts of interest.
2. Approval of meeting minutes of the meeting held May 9, 2024.
3. Public Comments:
Individuals from the public may address the Board of Trustees at this time. Comments should be limited to three minutes and participants should state their name for the record. The Board of Trustees cannot take action on items not listed on the agenda.
4. Service Award - Tom Cramer - 20 yr.
5. Award contract for renewal of property, liability, and cyber security insurance - Darrell Child, Olympus Insurance.
6. 3000 W slip line construction update - Sage Thorpe, Whitaker Construction.
7. Engineering and construction update - Darren Lowe, Jacobs Engineering.
8. Consideration of request to waive impact fees for septic system homes in West Point City and update MOU - Peter Gessel, Smith Hartvigsen.
9. Award of 1800 N betterment for UDOT 2025 - David Hatch.
10. Award of contract for administration building expansion - David Hatch.
11. Consideration of approval of Resolution No. 2024-07, 'A Resolution of the North Davis Sewer District adopting and certifying a tax rate to the Davis County Clerk-Auditor and to the Weber County Clerk-Auditor for the 2024 taxable year' - Angela Lupcho.
12. Consideration of approval of Resolution No. 2024-08, 'A Resolution adopting an amendment to the budget for the remainder of the 2024 budget year' - Angela Lupcho.
