- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Town of Daniel is giving notice about a public hearing seeking public comment on Monday, June 3, 2024, at 6 PM, at 55 South 500 East Conference Room B, Heber City, UT, during the regularly scheduled Town Council Meeting for a Zone Change Application for the Keele property located at 2530 South Daniel Road. The property currently contains a split of RA-5 (parcel # 20-4319) and Industrial Zone (parcel # 20-4320) and the petitioner seeks for the property to become an all-inclusive Industrial Zone property. Notices of the public hearing for the zone change will be mailed to all property owners within 500 Ft., however, the Town of Daniel welcomes comments from all neighbors. The Town of Daniel Code can be viewed at www.danielutah.org under Town Codes or by contacting Kim Crittenden, Clerk/Recorder at 435-654-5062. Comments and/or concerns may also be submitted by email at clerk@danielutah.org or mailed to 1375 South Daniel Road, Suite 8, Heber City, UT 84032.
