Community Development Block Grant - Second Public Hearing for Hinckley Town Water System Improvement Grant to install 1400' 8' PVC water line, tracer wire, gate valves, fire hydrants, isolation valves, boring and reconnect existing water services on 500 S beginning west of Main Street to approximately 550 W, and to purchase and install an emergency standby generator at the water treatment plant.
