Discussion Items: -Land Use and Subdivision Ordinances Proposed Changes: 7-2-3 Regualtions & Requirements - Updated cost for asphalt replacement and adding specifications to saw cuts of asphalt 10-6-1 Land Use Matrix - Number of dwelling units per lot 1 10-6-4 Accessory Dwelling Unit Requirements - Updated the number of parking spaces from two to one per Utah Code. 11-4-3 Final Subdivision Plat - Updating the Final Submission Requirements to match the application.
