MAGNA METRO TOWNSHIP COUNCIL
NOTICE OF BUDGET PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to Utah Code Title 10, Chapter 6, Section 113, that the Magna Metro
Township Council will hold two public hearings on December 13, 2022, at the Webster Center, 8952 W
Magna Main Street, Magna, UT, beginning at 6:00 p.m. to receive public comment on: (1) amendments to the Magna Metro Township fiscal year 2022 budget, (2) the tentative budget as amended (if amended) for the Magna Metro Township fiscal year 2023 including the Elected Officials' Stipend, and (3) the 2023 Magna Consolidated Fee Schedule. The public hearings will be held consecutively.
The Council will consider the adoption of the 2022 Budget Amendments, 2023 Final Budget including
the Elected Officials' Stipend, and the 2023 Magna Consolidated Fee Schedule, after taking comments
from the public during the public hearings. The public is also invited to review and inspect the
2022 Proposed Budget Amendments, 2023 Proposed Final Budget, and the 2023 Magna
Consolidated Fee Schedule at www.magnametrotownship.org.
You may also obtain copies of the 2022 Budget Amendments, 2023 Proposed Final Budget, and 2023
Magna Consolidated Fee Schedule, and submit written comments prior to the public hearing by
contacting Nichole Watt at nwatt@slco.org or (385) 468-7400. Individuals needing special
accommodations (including ancillary communicative aids and services) during this public hearing
should contact Ms. Watt three days before the public
hearing.
