Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing on Integrated Resource Plan Heber Light & Power will hold a public hearing on September 28, 2022 at 6:00 pm to take public comment on its proposed Integrated Resource Plan (IRP). The IRP is an assessment of the future electric needs and a plan to meet those future needs. It looks at both supply and demand side resources to ensure reliable service to customers in the most cost-effective way.
