BRIGHTON SHORT TERM RENTAL SUB COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA Wednesday, September 7th, 2022 at 3:00pm NOTICE is hereby given that the Brighton Short Term Rental Sub Committee will meet electronically, via Zoom, on Wednesday, September 7th, 2022 at 3:00pm. Code Enforcement update presented by the MSD. 2. Discussion on ordinance prohibiting Fractional Shareholders from renting short-term. 3. Discussion on ordinance limiting one short term rental per owner. 4. Discussion on what limiting STRs by density might look like.
