CALL TO ORDER: 1. Call to Order - Mayor Keen Ellsworth 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Councilman Chaves 3. Statements of Belief/Opening Prayer - Councilman Bringhurst B. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: 1. Approval of Agenda Order 2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflicts from Council Members and Mayor. C. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from March 7th Special Meeting, May 18th Business Meeting, July 6th Business Meeting. D. CITY DEPARTMENT REPORTS: 1. Ash Creek Special Services District Representative 2. Hurricane Valley Fire District Representative - Merlin Spendlove 3. Planning Commission Chair - Joey Campbell 4. City Manager - Afton Moore 5. City Attorney - Heath Snow E. PUBLIC HEARING: 1. Public input is sought on a Preliminary Plat Application submitted by Wasatch Commercial Builders. Tax ID # T-166-B-1-A-1-A. Current zoning is R-1-15 - Single Family Residential. Limit three (3) minutes per person; please address the microphone and state full name and address. Please note there will be no response by any city official during this time. For specific questions, please contact city staff directly. 2. Public input is sought on Ordinance 2022.XX - Drug Nuisance Title 4, Chapter 1, Sections 1, 2 and 5 of the Toquerville City Code. Limit three (3) minutes per person; please address the microphone and state full name and address. Please note there will be no response by any city official during this time. For specific questions, please contact city staff directly. F. BUSINESS: 1. Discussion only: Toquerville Parkway updates. 2. Discussion only: City Council Policy and Procedure Manual. 3. Discussion and possible action on a Preliminary Plat application submitted by Wasatch Commercial Builders. Tax ID # T-166-B-1-A-1-A. Current zoning is R-1-15 - Single Family Residential. Discussion and possible action on Verkada Camera System. 6. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2022.XX - 2022 Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan. 7. Discussion and possible action on Firelight Development Agreement. G. COUNCIL REPORTS: H. CALENDAR OF EVENTS: 1. Farmers Market - Saturday, August 20, 2022 at City Hall 9 AM - 1 PM (Every 3rd Saturday through October 2022). 2. Sod Laying Party for Westfield Park - Date and time to follow. I.
