If a Commissioner requests that items be removed from the consent agenda, those items are placed at the beginning of the regular agenda as a new business action item. Other than requests to remove items, a motion to approve the items on the consent agenda is not debatable. 1.Approval of July 19, 2022 Board of Commissioners Meeting Minutes 2.Approval of the July 15 to July 28, 2022 Check Registers 3.Ratification of a Letter of Support to apply for the EDA Equity Investment grant, requested by Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC), Elaine Gizler, Economic Development and Visitor Services Director. 4.Appointment of Karen Whipple to the County Economic Development Board 5.Approval of the Department of Environmental Quality, San Juan County Health Department Letter, Workplan & Contract FY2023 by Grant Sunada, Public Health Director 6.Approval of the 2022 Social Services Block Grant Renewal Grant Contract for $58,127 7.Approval of Memorandum of Agreement for 2023 Beehive Library Consortium, Nicole Perkins, Library Directory 8.Ratification of Fiscal Year 2022 Beer Tax Funds Annual Report Allocation 9.Approval of the Renewal Contract with Kubl Group for Public Safety Building Control System for $14,900 a year until February of 2023 PUBLIC HEARING 10.Consideration and Approval of Management Plan Amendment Public Hearing, Nick Sandberg, Public Lands Coordinator PUBLIC HEARING 11.A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO SECTION 17-36-26 U.C.A. 1953 AS AMENDED APPROVING THE ADDITIONAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION REQUESTS AND/OR MID-YEAR ADJUSTMENTS FUNDED BY NEW REVENUES, GRANT FUNDING AND/OR MONIES UNSPENT IN THE PRIOR YEAR (FUND BALANCE).
