OAKLEY CITY COUNCIL MEETING Wednesday June 22, 2022 Regular Meeting 7:00 PM REGULAR MEETING: 7:00 PM 1. Call Meeting to Order a. Pledge of Allegiance: Councilmember Steve Wilmoth b. Invocation: Councilmember Kelly Kimber 2. Public Comment: Public may address the Mayor and City Council with items not listed on the agenda. 3. Approval of the Consent Calendar: a. Invoice Register May 25th, 2022, thru June 21st, 2022 b. David Diehl Farmer's Market & Activities Proposal 4. Resolution 2022-05 Adoption of Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan 5. Presentation: Proposed Amended Budget for FY 2022 and the Tentative Budget for FY2023- Mayor Woolstenhulme and City Recorder Rydalch 6. Public Hearing to receive comment on the Amended Budget for FY 2021-2022 7. Public Hearing to receive comment on the Tentative Budget for FY 2022-2023 8. Possible Adoption of the Amended Budget for FY 2021-2022 and the proposed Tentative Budget for FY 2022-2023. As part of the Tentative Budget for FY 2022-2023 the Council will set the proposed Certified Tax Rate for FY2023. 9. Mayor & Councilmember Reports 10. Staff Items 11. Adjournment
