- Notice of Site Visit Notice is hereby provided that two or more members of the Emigration Improvement District Board of Trustees will be attending a site visit in Hoytsville. The purpose of the site visit is to tour a demonstration project for new technology related to septic systems. No vote or action of the board will be taken during the site visit.
