- NOTICE OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING GREATER SALT LAKE MUNICIPAL SERVICES DISTRICT April 13, 2022, 6:00 p.m. 2001 S State Street, Room N2-800 Salt Lake City, UT 84190 385-468-6703 TTY 711 Members of the Board of Trustees may participate electronically. Review and approve District-wide road maintenance project recommendations for FY2022 - Kevyn Smeltzer, SLCo Public Works Operations (15 minutes) 6. Review and approve allocating the $3.5 million budgeted road maintenance funding to capital projects/maintenance to be managed by Engineering - Kevyn Smeltzer and Crystal Hulbert (10 minutes) 7. Approve a budget adjustment of $1,800,000 from Capital Projects Miscellaneous fund to Washington Overlay project - Crystal Hulbert (5 minutes) 8. Discussion on Updated Engineering Standard Details - Crystal Hulbert (5 minutes) 9. Discussion on MSD Communications - Maridene Alexander (10 minutes) 10. Approve the addition of a full time Current Planner 1 position with an annual cost of $93,000 - Marla Howard (10 minutes) 11. Review and approve an additional full-time employee funded by Magna's existing budget for the Communities that Cares program - Dan Peay and Marla Howard (10 minutes) 12. Presentation and approve next steps for implementation of an Emergency Communications Plan and Multi-Year Training and Exercise Plan - Jim Woodward, Brad Jewett and Brian Hartsell (20 minutes) 13.
