TOQUERVILLE CITY CITY COUNCIL 212 N Toquer Blvd. Toquerville UT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD DURING THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL BUSINESS MEETING ON MARCH 16, 2022, AT 6:00 P.M.: 1. Public input is sought on a Preliminary Plat application for a simple subdivision submitted by Jacob and Tirsa Stewart. Located at 132 N Toquer Blvd. Tax ID # T-68-A-3 and T-68-A-1. Additional information regarding this item is available for review at the Toquerville City Offices located at 212 N Toquer Blvd or may be requested by emailing recorder@toquerville.org. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Dana McKim at the City Office 635-1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Notice will be sent to the Spectrum newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, and in three places within the city limits of Toquerville: (1.)
