Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the following projects: - McNeel Zone Change: Request by Rob McNeel to change the zoning on Utah County Parcels 30:084:0120 and 30:084:0117 located at 2007 S Hwy 198. The applicant is requesting an R-1-15 Residential zoning designation and the property is currently zoned A-5-H (Annexation Holding Zone). The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
