- The public is invited to attend this meeting at our anchor location: Taylorsville State Office Building, Tuachan Room, 4315 S. 2700 W., Floor 1, Taylorsville, UT 84129. The Chair may take a 30 minute recess for lunch. Members of the public who would like to speak at the meeting should contact Rebekkah Shaw prior to the meeting: SRCsecretary@utah.gov. HEARINGS: Patrick Sullivan v. Dept. of Corrections (2020-38) Requesting access to initial contact reports, media statements, statistics, correspondence, and surveillance footage related to the elimination of the A/B schedule. Jennifer Orten v. Salt Lake County (2022-02) Requesting a fee waiver and access to records. Jonathan Bejarano v. Board of Education (2021-120) Requesting access to email. Paul Amann v. Dept. Public Safety (2021-125) Requesting a fee waiver and access to expungement requests, correspondence, and any records related to a specific person. BUSINESS: Approval of January 20, 2022, SRC Minutes, action item SRC appeals received and declined, notices of compliance, and related action items Committee members' attendance polled for possible extra meeting in Q2, action item Cases in district court, report Committee members' attendance polled for next meeting, format and quorum verification Legislative update report (time permitting)
