- NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual meeting schedule of the Board of Trustees of the Weber-Box Elder Conservation District for the 2022 calendar year is as follows: January 11 February 15 (Regular Meeting 12 p.m. in February) March 8 April 12 May 10 June 14 July 12 August 9 September 13 October 11 November 15 December 13 The board meetings of the Board of Trustees will be held at 471 West 2nd Street, Ogden, Utah, on the above mentioned Tuesdays of each month beginning at 3:00 p.m. with the exception of the February 15th and December 13th (TBA) board meetings. If a meeting needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, these changes will be posted on the Utah Public Notice Website. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids and services for these meetings should call Tamera Martinson at (801) 622-4348, giving her at least three working days' notice.
