SUMMARY OF COPPERTON METRO TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE NO. 2021-10-03 On October 20, 2021, the Copperton Metro Township Council enacted Ordinance No. 2021-10-03, repealing Chapter 19.74 of the Copperton Metro Township Code and enacting a new Chapter 19.74 to establish floodplain development standards and flood damage prevention.
